2016 NFL Draft order set for Texans

The Texans know every pick they'll have in the April NFL Draft.

The League awarded 33 compensatory picks to 13 teams, but the Houston Texans didn't receive any. The picks are given when teams lose more or better free agents than they acquired the previous year.

Houston's first pick is in the opening round at number 22.

They have their original picks in rounds 2-5. But they have an additional 5th-rounder at 166th overall because of a trade with the Patriots. Their 6th-round selection was traded away to the Patriots, and their 7th-round pick was traded to New England as well.

Now that the compensatory picks have been distributed, here's how the 2016 NFL Draft order stands for the Texans:

RD 1: 22nd overall
RD 2: 52nd overall
RD 3: 85th overall
RD 4: 119th overall
RD 5: 159th overall
RD 5: 166th overall (via trade with New England)
RD 6: 195th overall (via trade with New York Jets)
