2017 Mock Draft Survey 1.0: GULP, too early

The 2016 NFL Draft concluded late Saturday afternoon.

By the middle of Monday, eight brave souls already compiled a 2017 NFL Mock Draft.

So naturally, HoustonTexans.com is here to keep tabs in the 2017 Mock Draft Survey, 1.0.

We won't do another one until next January, prior to the Senior Bowl week.

But until then, the runaway winner with 25 percent of the votes--okay, it was only two votes--is Alabama tight end O.J. Howard. The six other mock drafts were all unique, so no other player had more than a single vote (12.5%).

As interesting as the names that went up on the mocks, are the draft orders they have predicted for the Texans. Some based it off Super Bowl odds from the folks in Las Vegas, while others based it on their own criteria.

In this iteration, the Texans were picking anywhere from as low as 14th, to as high as 26th.

Until January, enjoy...
