Andre Johnson leaves Ravens' game with shin injury

Andre Johnson left Sunday's loss at Baltimore twice because of a shin injury.

"He has a bad shin bruise," head coach Gary Kubiak said after the game. "The X-ray they took at halftime was ok."

After taking part in a few plays during the third quarter, Johnson left the game again.

"I watched him the first play, we threw the ball the first play and I wanted to see him run," Kubiak said. "I did not think he could run the way he needs to, to play so we took him out."

Johnson said he had a "pretty bad bruise" on the shin. He was unsure of his availability for Week 4's home matchup with the Seahawks.

"I don't know," Johnson said. "I don't know what's going to happen with it. Right now, I plan on planning. I have an MRI set up in the morning."

On the day, Johnson caught five passes for 36 yards.

He left the win over the Titans in Week 2 with a concussion, but passed through the NFL's concussion protocol and was cleared to play on Friday.
