Brian Hoyer exits game, evaluated for concussion

Brian Hoyer left in the third quarter of Monday night's game at Cincinnati to be evaluated for a concussion.

The Texans quarterback completed 12-of-22 passes for 123 yards. He was picked off once, and sacked twice.

Backup T.J. Yates entered the game, getting his first action of the 2015 season.

Hoyer headed to the locker room with just over three minutes remaining in the third quarter.
