Will pre-season and regular season start on time?
We are preparing to play the 2020 NFL season as scheduled with increased protocols and safety measures for all players, personnel and attendees. We are prepared to make adjustments as necessary in order to conduct games in a safe and efficient manner.
Will you play all home games at NRG Stadium with full capacity or will it be limited?
As previously stated we plan to play the 2020 NFL Season as scheduled but will continue to monitor the situation and will make adjustments as necessary in order to conduct games in a safe and efficient manner. We will continue to make decisions based on the latest advice of medical and public health officials, as well as in full compliance with current and future government regulations.
What is the plan for in-stadium, gameday or any other partnership assets if the NFL does not allow fans at NFL games this season?
As we have demonstrated in the past in situations like Hurricane Harvey where games have been impacted, we will be prepared to work with our partners to ensure we provide maximum value as it relates to our partnership. If and when we have clarity on any possible games impacted we will proactively communicate on an individual basis with each partner.
Will in-season events, such as player appearance, field days, etc. be able to happen?
At this point it time the impact on these types of events are unknown as we wait further guidance from government officials. As referenced above, should an event, appearance, field day, etc. be impacted we will be prepared to work with our partners to provide options of how we can provide maximum value as it relates to our partnership.
While we understand there are many unknowns during this time, we are refraining from predicting today what things will look like in the next few months. We will be prepared to adapt as necessary and will communicate any changes to you at the appropriate time.
