* HOUSTON* – All Texans fans are invited to the sixth-annual Houston Texans Draft Party, brought to you by Miller Lite. The event, which begins at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 29, is free but requires a ticket.
With the Texans holding the first overall selection in the upcoming draft, the Draft Party will allow fans the opportunity to be at the center of the action. Beginning at 10 a.m., the event will feature live NFL Draft coverage by ESPN and NFL Network on multiple television screens; and Sports Radio 610 will be on hand for their live draft coverage, including extensive coverage of the Texans first-round draft choice.
Current Texans players will be on hand to sign autographs and fans will also get their first glimpse of the 2006 Texans Cheerleaders. A live band will perform throughout the event courtesy of Miller Lite, as will the Bull Pen Pep Band. Fans will have the opportunity to participate in stadium tours, interactive games and prize giveaways.
