The defensive end was added to the injury report on Saturday afternoon, and listed as 'questionable' with an illness.
The illness wasn't enough to knock him from the Texans' actives against the Jaguars, who the Texans face at noon CT at EverBank Field.
Watt has 11.5 sacks against Jacksonville in his career. He sacked Blake Bortles three times apiece in both games against the Jaguars in 2014.
The Texans warmed up prior to their Week 6 contest against the Jaguars.
