Tuesday was a productive day for the Texans.

They went through their second day of Organized Team Activities (OTAs), and following that late morning practice, head coach DeMeco Ryans met with the media. Tight end Dalton Schultz, linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair and safety Jalen Pitre did as well.

There's an optimism about the year ahead, and it was cool seeing the rookies on the field with the veterans.

It was also great to see wide receiver Tank Dell back in the mix, catching passes and punts and mixing it up on the field with his teammates.

Voice of the Texans Marc Vandermeer and Radio Sideline Reporter/Team Analyst John Harris were on the edge of the practice field yesterday as well. They shared their thoughts on what they saw, and you can watch in this video below.

The Houston Chronicle's Jonathan Alexander chimed in with his observations about Tuesday's work, and you can read about it here.

Quarterback C.J. Stroud and the running backs had some fun handshakes yesterday.
