O'Brien keeps QB decision "close to the vest"

For Bill O'Brien, the time isn't right yet to announce whether Case Keenum or Thad Lewis will start at quarterback this Sunday.

"I'm going to keep that one close to the vest," the head coach said on Wednesday. "Both these guys, Case and Thad, are out there working hard. Right up until game time, that's going to be the way it is."

With Ryan Fitzpatrick on injured reserve, and Tom Savage ruled out for Week 16 because of a leg injury, the Texans signed Keenum on Monday morning. He or Lewis will be under center against the Ravens on Sunday at NRG Stadium.

O'Brien said he's "pretty close" to making a final decision, but that the two will continue to practice this week in preparation for Baltimore.
