Spanning the four-letter website

The Texans got some attention on ESPN.com today. Paul Kuharsky writes in his blog that right tackle Eric Winston is ranked as the 17th best offensive tackle in the league by RealScouts. Kuharsky goes on to break down the tackle position for each AFC South team. There is no doubt that the Titans have a pair of the best tackles in the league with Michael Roos and David Stewart. The Jag will be much improved, thanks to their 2009 draft class. For the Texans, there is a lot riding on the shoulders of Duane Brown.

ESPN.com's John Clayton ranks his surprise teams for next season, with the Texans coming in fifth. Clayton lives up to his title as "The Professor" with his analysis, giving quantifiable (ie: in-depth stats) for computing his picks.
