Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh will not be suspended for a controversial on-field incident with Texans quarterback Matt Schaub in Week 12 at Ford Field.

Suh kicked Schaub below the belt just after Schaub threw a pass in the first quarter of the Texans' overtime victory on Thanksgiving Day. Suh was falling to the ground with his left leg extended and appeared to intentionally jab his foot into Schaub's groin area. VIDEO: WATCH PLAY

NFL spokesman Greg Aiello announced on Twitter on Monday afternoon that Suh would not be suspended. Aiello said Suh's incident will be reviewed for a possible fine.

"We've moved on, getting ready for Tennessee," Texans coach Gary Kubiak said on Monday afternoon. "I want everybody worrying about Tennessee. That one's over."

Schaub told SportsRadio 610 AM in Houston on Monday morning that he would never want Suh as a teammate.

"No, you don't want a player like that," Schaub said. "The stuff that he stands for and the type of player he is, that's not Houston Texan-worthy. That's not what we're about."
