Texans have 3 picks on Day 2 of 2013 NFL Draft

The Texans have three picks on the second day of the 2013 NFL Draft, which consists of the second and third rounds and starts Friday at 5:30 p.m. CT.

After selecting DeAndre Hopkins in the first round at No. 27 overall on Thursday, the Texans are scheduled to go on the clock next with the 25th pick of the second round (57th overall). They also have the 27th and 33rd picks of the third round (89th and 95th overall).

The Texans were awarded the 95th pick as a compensatory selection after losing free agents Mario Williams, Mike Brisiel, Joel Dreessen and Jason Allen in 2011. It was the highest compensatory pick awarded to any team in this year's draft.

The draft will be televised live on NFL Network and ESPN/ESPN2 and broadcast on SportsRadio 610 AM. HoustonTexans.com will have wire-to-wire coverage including reaction to every Texans pick and live, streaming video of all Texans press conferences from the team's draft headquarters at Reliant Stadium.
