Texans own 22nd overall pick in 2016 Draft

The Texans will pick 22nd in the 2016 NFL Draft.

After a 9-7 regular season that resulted in an AFC South title, they lost in Saturday's Wild Card playoff game to Kansas City. The first 24 picks of the Draft are now set. Tennessee owns the first overall selection, and the Draft begins on Thursday April 28 in Chicago.

The rest of the first round will be decided by the result of the Super Bowl, and the entire Draft order will be known once the compensatory picks are awarded in late March at the NFL Owners' meetings.

Houston's never selected in the 22nd slot. Below are this decade's number 22 picks.
