.

In addition to all the fans dressed in their best boots and hats there will be great

music, food, drink, games and football legends at TexFest, a pre-game celebration that starts the party at Reliant Stadium at 3:00.

Texas Gridiron Legends will be available for "Meet and Greet" at TexFest and include Kenny Houston, Jerry Levias and Don Maynard.  Fans will have the opportunity to meet these legends and get a photo with the first inductees to the Texas Gridiron Legends.

Also during TexFest  both teams will enter the stadium through this fan zone with the Wildcat Walk for Kansas State Players and the Scarlet Walk for Rutgers Players.
For great Texas music the Austin based band Reckless Kelly performs on the Shiner Beers Stage at TexFest and there will be

themed games (i.e. horse shoes and washers) at TexFest.

Fans should also be on the lookout for the H-E-B Tailgate Team as they will be looking for the Best Tailgating during the Texas Bowl.  The best Tailgating will receive a trophy and be recognized during the game.
