What's cookin'


This season on Fox Sports Southwest's "Texans Huddle" show, various Texans players will be showcasing their favorite recipes for a segement called "What's Cookin'."
This week linebacker Troy Evans dishes out his BLT dip.

TROY EVANS' BLT DIP

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. bacon

1 package grape tomatoes or 2 tomatoes chopped and patted 

1 bunch of green onions chopped-tops only

1 cup Mayonnaise

 1 cup Sour Cream

  1. CHOP BACON INTO 5 EQUAL LENGTHS
  1. CRISP BACON IN SKILLET
  1. RINSE TOMATOES
  1. CHOP TOMATOES
  1. DRY TOMATOES ON PAPER TOWEL
  1. CHOP GREEN ONIONS
  1. DRY BACON ON PAPER TOWEL
  1. ADD MAYO...SOUR CREAM...BACON..CHOPPED TOMATOES...CHOPPED ONIONS TO LARGE MIXING BOWL

  2. STIR INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
