Helpful Gameday Tips
Step 1
Open the Houston Texans App and click the menu in the bottom right corner.
Step 2
Click Manage Tickets. You will then be asked to log in with your Texans Account Manager email and password.
Step 3
Once you are signed in, your screen will list all your games for the 2023 Texans season. Select the card for the game you wish to view.
Step 4
Click view barcode.
Step 5
Show this screen to the scanner on Gameday.
(Optional): You also have the option to click add to wallet and pull the tickets up in your Wallet App.
Transfer Your Tickets
Step 1
Once you are signed in, your screen will list all your games for the 2023 Texans season.
Select the card for the game that you would like to transfer.
Step 2
Tap transfer.
Step 3
Select the tickets that you would like to transfer and tap transfer to at the bottom of your screen.
Step 4
Choose a recipient from your smart phone's address book or manually enter their information to transfer the tickets.
Accept Your Tickets
Step 1
Click on accept tickets in the email or text message received.
Step 2
Sign up/sign in to your Texans account manager via mobile web to accept and view your tickets. Please note: You must log in with your email the invite was sent to. If you don't have an account under that address, please create one.
Step 3
You can now access your Tickets by selecting them.
Step 4
Show this screen to the scanner upon entry to the stadium. To access the ticket quicker, you can add the ticket to your Wallet.
Sell Your Tickets
Step 1
Select the game you are wishing to list your tickets on the NFL Ticket Exchange and tap sell.
Step 2
Select the seats that you would like to sell.
Tap set price at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3
Enter the price that you would like to list your tickets for.
Tap payout method at the bottom of the screen. Update your seller profile if you have not done so already.
Step 4
Choose the method you would like for receiving payment for your tickets and tap sell tickets to complete your listing.
Donate Your Tickets
Step 1
Log into your Houston Texans Account Manager via Chrome on your desktop computer.
Step 2
Choose Tickets in the top navigation bar and click on the event you want to donate.
Step 3
Click the "more" button.
Step 4
Click "donate."
Step 5
Select the tickets you want to donate.
Step 6
Select the charity you wish to donate: Vet Tix OR Texans YMCA.
Step 7
Click "confirm."
Adding Tickets to Apple Wallet
Step 1
Select the game you will be attending.
Step 2
In the Middle of the screen, click "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet"
Step 3
Select how many tickets you want to add to the wallet.
Step 4
You can view your tickets in the Apple/Google Wallet by selecting "View Tickets in Wallet."
Step 5
Once in the Wallet, you will be able to view your tickets.
