IMPORTANT: Don't see your tickets? Log out and log back in of your Ticketmaster account within the app! Your Ticketmaster account requires you to log out and back in every 30 days to protect your account.

See below for detailed instructions on each process you could need with your Texans tickets.

Helpful Gameday Tips

Download the Houston Texans Mobile App and Log into your Texans Account

If you are attending with guests, transfer (forward) each person their own ticket in advance

Have your phone set to the highest brightness level

Make sure you have a full battery charge before you head to the stadium

Sell Your Tickets

Step 1

Select the game you are wishing to list your tickets on the NFL Ticket Exchange and tap sell.

Step 2

Select the seats that you would like to sell.

Tap set price at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3

Enter the price that you would like to list your tickets for.

Tap payout method at the bottom of the screen. Update your seller profile if you have not done so already.

Step 4

Choose the method you would like for receiving payment for your tickets and tap sell tickets to complete your listing.

Donate Your Tickets

The deadline to donate your tickets is 24 hours prior to kickoff. This option is available through a desktop ONLY. You cannot donate your tickets through the Houston Texans App.

Step 1

Log into your Houston Texans Account Manager via Chrome on your desktop computer.

Step 2

Choose Tickets in the top navigation bar and click on the event you want to donate.

Step 3

Click the "more" button.

Step 4

Click "donate."

Step 5

Select the tickets you want to donate.

Step 6

Select the charity you wish to donate: Vet Tix OR Texans YMCA.

Step 7

Click "confirm."
