Bob McNair excited about Texans offense

Bob McNair is excited about the Texans offense.

The team's founder/chairman/CEO was at practice on Tuesday in West Virginia, and he pinpointed the offense when asked about what he's most excited to see in 2017.

"I think it's just going to be a little more productive," McNair said. "I think that our run game is so important to us and I think that we've got multiple running backs that can do well."

The addition of third-rounder D'Onta Foreman has brought what will look to be more thunder in the run game. McNair is intrigued by the former Longhorn.

"The young rookie from Texas, he looks like a good short-yardage back that'll be able to pound it down there when it's third-and-2."

McNair also said he thinks the passing game will be better, and he liked the crop of young receivers.

The Texans will practice again on Wednesday at The Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs.
