Moments before the Texans and Titans kicked off at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Drew Dougherty of Texans TV answered a few questions from fans about the matchup and the team. If you'd like to send Drew a question, just click here.
Javari in Miami: Dear Drew, Who is the sleeper on defense today?
DD: I'll go with DL Jordan Jenkins. He'll likely start in place of Jon Greenard, who stayed home and is inactive. Jenkins got after the quarterback really well two weeks ago in Miami. He had 1.5 sacks, two tackles for loss, hit the quarterback three times, and finished with four tackles. He's capable, and I think Jenkins will play well today. Remember: Tennessee's Ryan Tannehill has been dropped for a sack 29 times this season.
Logan: Dear Drew, What are your opinions on moving Jeff Driskel to TE?
DD: He hasn't played a snap under center in the regular season, and wasn't likely to as a Texan. He wants to play football and stay in the NFL, and talked with the coaches about transitioning to tight end. I think switching positions at the highest level of competition is incredibly tough. He's inactive today, and the Texans have acknowledged he won't likely suit up for them as a tight end this season. With that in mind, we'll see if he can stick with the team through the offseason.
Rob: Dear Drew, Who will replace Lonnie Johnson at safety?
DD: Eric Murray. He started two weeks ago at Miami, and will do so again today most likely. If you see Johnson, it'll be more on special teams. He didn't log a defensive snap versus the Dolphins, but was in for nine special teams snaps. Murray picked off a pass two weeks ago and finished with eight tackles.
Derwin: Dear Drew, Whats the over/under on trick plays for the game today?
DD: How about 1.5 for the Texans, 2.5 combined for the two teams. Mike Vrabel and Tennessee don't mind coming at you with some razzle dazzle, so I think that's a solid betting number.
