Texans training camp injury updates for 7/27/13

-(OLB) Brooks Reed returned to practice Saturday after suffering from a sore foot Friday afternoon. "He's a full participant," head coach Gary Kubiak said Saturday afternoon.

-(TE) Garrett Graham, who had been hospitalized with a virus, was able to return to Reliant Stadium Saturday."Garrett is back in the building and he's feeling better," said Kubiak. "We're hoping for tomorrow, but we'll wait and see where he's at.

-(OLB) Sam Montgomery did not practice.

"Sam was out this morning and he's out this afternoon," Kubiak said after the conclusion of the Texans' second day of training camp. "He's got a sore ankle and he's being evaluated as we speak."

Earlier in the week, Montgomery was placed on the Active/Non-Football Injury list (NFI). Thursday afternoon, he was pulled off it. Friday morning he practiced. He explained that "it was a wakeup call" and that he needed to improve upon his nutrition and eating habits.

-(RB) Arian Foster, listed on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list, was on the field taking passes from the Jugs Machine both Friday and Saturday.

"It's just got some light soreness in there, it's nothing," Foster said Saturday. "I can do pretty much everything, so I'm just going to take it day-by-day."

-(ILB) Darryl Sharpton, listed on the Active/Non-Football Injury list, did not practice Saturday due to a sore groin.

-(T) Nick Mondek did not practice Saturday. He has been suffering from a sore foot since Friday afternoon, according to Kubiak.
