2023 (Houston 14/14, 2/2):

• Started in all 14 games he played in and notched 83 tackles (57 solo), six tackles for loss, two quarterback hits, five passes defensed and one forced fumble
• Finished with two tackles in the season opener at Baltimore (9/10), becoming the second player in franchise history (DeMeco Ryans) to eclipse 100 career solo tackles within their first 18 career games, and the first Texans defensive back to do so
• Returned to the starting lineup in the Week 4 win vs. Pittsburgh (10/1) and recorded a pair of solo tackles and his first career forced fumble
• Recovered an onside kick for the first time in his career in Week 16 vs. Cleveland (12/24), marking the first time since 2021 that the Texans have recovered an onside kick (Chris Moore, 10/31/21) and totaled three tackles on the day
• Recorded three combined tackles (two) in the Wild Card win vs. Cleveland (1/13)
• Tallied six tackles (four solo) and one pass defensed in the Divisional Round at Baltimore (1/20)

2022 (Houston 17/17):

• Appeared and started in all 17 games, totaling a team-high 147 tackles (99 solo), 1.0 sack, five tackles for loss, one quarterback hit, five interceptions, eight passes defensed and one fumble recovery in his rookie season
• Made his first career NFL start and appearance while totaling 10 total tackles (five) vs. Indianapolis (9/11)
• Became just the second rookie in Texans history to record  two interceptions and 1.0 sack in the same game, the fourth rookie in NFL history to record two interceptions and 1.0 sack in the same game and the first ever rookie to do so in Texans history at Chicago (9/25)
• Led the team with seven tackles (all solo) at Miami (11/27)
• With 16 tackles (nine) and one interception vs. Cleveland (12/4), he became the second in NFL history to post 15-or-more tackles and one interception in a single game, joining LB DeMeco Ryans (12/3/06) and set a franchise record for single-game tackles among rookies in franchise history (16)
• Posted a team-high nine tackles (seven) and the one interception (fourth of his career) at Tennessee (12/24)
• Became the only rookie to record 125-plus tackles and five interceptions during their rookie season (since tackles started being tracked in 2000) after posting 13 tackles and one interception vs. Jacksonville (1/1)
• Ended his rookie season with the second-most interceptions (five) and tackles (147) by a rookie in franchise history, the second-most interceptions by a rookie this season, and the sixth most tackles by any rookie in NFL history (since 1991)
• Was the only NFL player to post at least 100 total tackles and five interceptions in 2022 and became the first rookie to ever post at least 140 tackles and five interceptions 

COLLEGE:

• Appeared in 52 games in five seasons (2017-21) at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where he recorded 196 tackles (141 solo), 23 tackles for loss, 5.0 sacks, four interceptions, 14 passes defensed and four forced fumbles

2021 (Baylor):

• Started all 14 games and totaled 76 tackles (57 solo), 18 tackles for loss, 3.0 sacks, two interceptions, three forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries
• Earned consensus first-team All-America honors (Associated Press, AFCA, The Athletic, ESPN, FWAA, Walter Camp)
• Named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year by the Associated Press and the league's coaches
• Selected to the All-Big 12 first team as a defensive back (Associated Press, coaches)

2020 (Baylor):

• Started all nine games and totaled a team-leading 60 tackles (41 solo), 13.0 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, two interceptions and one forced fumble
• Selected to the All-Big 12 first team as a safety by the Associated Press
• Tied his career high with seven tackles (four solo) to go along with 2.0 tackles for loss and one pass breakup in the win vs. Kansas (9/26) 
• Set a new career high with 11 tackles (all solo) in addition to two tackles-for-loss and one forced fumble at West Virginia (10/3)
• Recorded his first career interception and returned it for a 30-yard touchdown, to go along with five tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss at Iowa State (11/7)

2019 (Baylor):

• Appeared in only four games and earned a medical redshirt, finishing with 12 tackles (nine solo), 1.5 tackles for loss and 1.0 sack
• Finished with three tackles (two solo) and one half tackle for loss vs. Texas Tech (10/5)
• Tallied a season-high five tackles (four solo) and 1.0 sack at Kansas State (10/5)

2018 (Baylor):

• Appeared in all 13 games (one start) and recorded 11 tackles (six solo) and 2.0 tackles for loss
• Notched his first tackle for loss of the season vs. Kansas State (10/6)
• Made his first start of the season vs. Kansas (9/22) and collected two tackles (one solo)

2017 (Baylor):

• Played in all 12 games (eight starts) as a true freshman, amassing 37 tackles (29 solo), 3.0 tackles for loss and 1.0 sack
• Made two tackles and one tackle for loss at Oklahoma State (10/14)
• Recorded four tackles and his first career pass defensed vs. Iowa State (11/18)
• Started at TCU (11/24) and had five tackles

PERSONAL:

• Attended Stafford (Texas) High School, where he was an All-District defensive back
• Totaled 83 tackles (59 solo), seven tackles for loss, six interceptions, 1.0 sack, two quarterback hits, four fumble recoveries and four forced fumbles as a senior
• Named the 2016 District 12-4A Defensive MVP following his senior season, when he led his school to the 4A Division I regionals
