Donate Your Tickets

Can't make it to the game? Turn your unused seats into someone else's unforgettable first Texans game. It only takes a couple of minutes in Account Manager to donate your tickets to a deserving family or veteran.

Who gets your seats

Donate through Cheering Children and a kid from one of these Houston organizations could be sitting in your seat on Sunday:
  • Houston Texans YMCA
  • Boys and Girls Club of Greater Houston
  • HYPE Freedom Schools
  • Child Advocates
  • Houston Area Women's Center
  • 100 Black Men of Houston
  • Shape Community Center
  • Sunshine Kids
  • Candlelighters
  • Ronald McDonald House
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters
Or choose VET Tix and send your seats to a veteran.

Seven steps

Sign in to your account

Open Account Manager in Chrome on a desktop computer. Sign in with a passkey, or enter your email address and click Continue. Don't have an account yet? You'll be prompted to create one.

Open Access Your Tickets

On your Account Manager home screen, find Quick Links and click Access Your Tickets.

Choose your event

Find the game you can't attend and click View Event Details. Parking passes are listed as separate events from game tickets.

Click More

On your ticket screen, click More. It sits to the right of Transfer and Sell. Donate lives under More, not under Transfer.

Choose an organization

Pick where your seats should go, then click Select. You can donate to more than one organization.

Select your seats

Tick each seat you want to donate, or use Select all tickets, then click Continue. You can donate some seats and keep the rest.

Submit your tickets

Check the organization and seat count, then click Submit Tickets. This step is final. You cannot reclaim the tickets after submitting.

Questions

How late can I donate?Donations close 48 hours before kickoff so the tickets can be redistributed in time.
Do I get a tax receipt?Yes. You receive a tax receipt for your donated tickets.
Can I get the tickets back after I submit?No. Account Manager states that tickets cannot be reclaimed after submitting, so check your seats and the organization before the final step.
Can I donate from my phone?Desktop is the best experience for donating. Open Account Manager in Chrome on a computer and follow the seven steps above.
