Pick your game
Your games are listed under My Events. Find the one you want and tap View Tickets. Parking passes are their own event. If you're sending parking too, you'll run through these steps a second time.03
Tap Transfer
Your seats for that game appear under the Tickets tab. Tap Transfer at the bottom of the screen. Don't see Transfer? It opens closer to gameday on some events, and a small number of tickets carry restrictions.04
Choose your seats
Tap each seat you want to send, then tap Transfer To. You don't have to send the whole block — keep the seats you're using. Sending seats for more than one game? Tap Select Events at the top to add them before you continue.05
Choose who gets them
Tap Select From Contacts to pull someone from your phone, or Manually Enter A Recipient to type their details in. Either way, the tickets go out by email or text message — so pick whichever your recipient actually checks.06
Send them
Fill in first name, last name and email — or tap Use Mobile Number Instead — then tap Transfer. Check the address before you send. Tickets go wherever you type, and a wrong address means cancelling and starting over. Before you send

They accept on their end
Your recipient gets a link and signs in to their own account to accept. Until they do, the seats stay with you.You can cancel
A transfer can be pulled back any time before it's accepted. Once accepted, the seats are theirs.Your barcode voids
The moment a transfer is accepted, your copy stops working. That's what keeps a seat from being scanned twice.Parking is separate
Parking passes transfer on their own event. Sending seats doesn't send the parking with them.Send early

Barcodes refresh on a timer. A screenshot, printout or photo won't scan — transfer is the only way to hand off a seat.

Do I have to be a season ticket member?
No. Anyone with tickets in their account can transfer them.Can I transfer on a computer instead?
Yes. The same flow runs in Account Manager in a desktop browser. These screens show the app because that's where most fans do it.How does my recipient get in?
They open the link, sign in to their own account, and the tickets land there. They scan from their phone at the gate.Can I transfer part of my seats?
Yes. Select only the seats you want to send at step four and keep the rest on your account.Is there a deadline to transfer?
