El Paso Girls Flag Football Championship

The NFL, Texans, and Cowboys partnered to bring girls flag football to El Paso, with 38 teams competing in the inaugural league. Americas High School won the Region 19 Championship, celebrated with custom rings, an MVP belt, and special guests like Andre Johnson and the McNair family.

The Houston Texans hosted over 200 athletes in their Girls Flag League program for a flag football clinic held at the Houston Methodist Training Center. The athletes developed their skills through a series of drills coached by professional women's football team, the Houston Energy, and were visited by special guests Adrienne Smith and Texans Legends, Cecil Shorts III and Earl Mitchell.

At the 2024 Season Premiere event, the Houston Texans Foundation raised a record-setting amount, over $1.4 million, to fully fund Girls Flag Football in ALL 25 Houston Independent School District high schools for the next three years.
