Bill O'Brien making a list, checking it twice

Bill O'Brien is finally getting around to his holiday shopping list.

The Texans head coach passed around a blank sheet of paper to Houston media gathered for his press conference following Wednesday's practice.

"It's the Christmas gift list so just tell me what you want," O'Brien said, jokingly. "List is for the Houston media. Pass it around the room, everybody except for (Texans TV host) Drew (Dougherty). Nothing for him this Christmas."

O'Brien was definitely in a giving mood, just not of information related to the Texans starting quarterback against Baltimore.

"Every scoop." - Mark Berman, FOX-26/KRIV
"Injury information." - Kristie Rieken, Associated Press

"There's no dollar limitation on this," O'Brien said with a twinkle in his eye reminiscent of Ol' Saint Nick. "I just think the world of you guys."

Unless you're Drew Dougherty.
