Bill O'Brien rules out four players vs. TEN

Head coach Bill O'Brien ruled out four players for Sunday's game against Tennessee after Thursday's practice.

"Akeem Dent, Benardrick McKinney, Cecil Shorts, those guys, and Kareem Jackson, those guys will be out for the game," O'Brien said Thursday.

Jackson (ankle), McKinney (concussion), Shorts (hamstring) were also inactive against Miami.

-J.J. Watt is day-to-day with a minor back issue and is expected to play on Sunday.

-The Texans offensive line is also working to get healthy this week. Brandon Brooks, inactive against the Dolphins, will be a game-time decision. Both Brooks and Derek Newton are day-to-day with toe injuries.

The Texans host the Titans on Sunday with kickoff scheduled for noon C.T. on CBS KHOU-11 and SportsRadio 610.
