Deshaun Watson gives paycheck to Harvey victims

Three cafeteria workers at NRG Stadium received an unexpected gift from quarterback Deshaun Watson this week.

Watson decided he wanted to give his first NFL paycheck to the ladies who had lost cars and homes during Hurricane Harvey.

Watson arrived with three envelopes tied with red ribbons and said he was excited to surprise them.

"For what you all do for us everyday, I'll never complain," he said. "I really appreciate you all so I wanted to give my first game check to you all to help you all out some type of way so here you guys go."

The ladies help prepare the team's meals every day and were moved to tears by the 22-year-old's generosity.

"Hopefully that gets you guys back on your feet and anything you all need, I'm always here to help," Watson said.

Watson knows all too well the importance of having a stable home and giving to those in need. At the age of 11, Watson's family was the recipient of a home through Habitat for Humanity.
