Left tackle Duane Brown is among the Texans players who are inactive for Week 2 at Carolina. Brown, who did not practice during the week, was listed as questionable heading into Sunday's game due to a hand injury. Chris Clark, the seven-year veteran acquired last month in a trade with Denver, will start at left tackle.
