Fanduel Forecast: Texans vs. Raiders

For the first time in the history of the National Football League, Monday Night Football will take place outside of the United States. That history will take place at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, as the Texans will be the 'visitior' against the Raiders in a big primetime matchup.

From a fantasy perspective, let's take a look at how the Texans may fare heading into Monday's game. Below, you'll find the player's FanDuel salary for the week.

RB LAMAR MILLER
Last week, we wrote, "What with the David Johnsons and the Melvin Gordons of the world garnering all the press, Lamar has fallen through the cracks." Well, even though Lamar didn't make it into the end zone last week, we'll stand by that. At $7,100, he's a safe option this week, who can be relied upon for 15 carries, a few receptions, and 80-plus yards. Look for him to bring some extra oomph to the table in front of a national television audience.

FanDuel Salary = $7,100

WR DeANDRE HOPKINS
Texans QB Brock Osweiler targeted Hopkins 13 times last week, the second highest total of the season. Hopkins had a rough game, however, managing only five catches, but no way that happens again. This should be the breakout contest Hopkins watchers have been waiting for, and for $7,100, against the porous Oakland secondary, he's a veritable must-play.

FanDuel Salary = $7,100

HOUSTON TEXANS DEFENSE
The Oakland defense is as potent as any in the league—QB Derek Carr has become a legit fantasy stud—but last week, the Texans D put up 12 FanDuel points, their second highest total of the season, and their first double-digit showing since week four. Carr and his crew will get their yards, but Houston's defense will get its sacks.

FanDuel Salary = $4,500
