Graham, Hal out for Texans in Week 14

Garrett Graham tops the list of Texans inactives for Sunday's game at Jacksonville. Graham was ruled out Friday with an ankle injury. C.J. Fiedorowicz will get his seventh start this season for the Texans.

Cornerback Andre Hal was ruled out of Sunday's game. Danieal Manning will play after being listed as questionable with a hamstring injury.

On Wednesday, head coach Bill O'Brien announced that Jadeveon Clowney would soon be placed on injured reserve in order to undergo knee surgery. Whitney Mercilus will start for Clowney.
