J.J. Watt does 61-inch box jump during offseason workouts

J.J Watt is at it again.

The reigning Defensive Player of the Year shared an Instagram video on Monday morning, updating his fans on the progress of his offseason workouts. Watt's video showed him clearing a 61-inch box jump, an impressive feat for anyone, let alone a 293 pound man.

Watt has shared his box jumping prowess on social media before, showing footage of himself clearing 60 inches. You can see that video below.

This isn't the first time Watt has attempted the 61-inch mark. Earlier this year, Watt tried and failed to clear that total, famously taking out his spotter along the way. See that below.

Watt's offseason video updates don't just pertain to box jumps either. Last year, Watt was seen flipping a 1,000 pound tire during workout.

Either way, Texans fans can take comfort in knowing their star defensive end is working hard to improve for the 2015 season.
