The Miller Lite Draft Daydream sweepstakes are underway. Following are the official rules of the contest, which ends April 17 at 11:59 p.m. CT. No purchase is necessary and it will not improve your chances of winning.

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants may (a) enter online at HoustonTexans.com or (b) Hand print your name, address with ZIP code and daytime/evening telephone numbers (with area code) on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper. Mail entries in a postage paid, business size (#10) envelope to: “Draft Day brought to you by Miller Lite”, c/o April Beasley, Two Reliant Park, Houston, TX 77054. Limit one entry per person. Any other attempts at entry will be void and will be disqualified.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal US residents of Texas who are 21 years of age as of April 17, 2006. Employees, officers and directors of Miller Brewing Company, L.P., Houston NFL Holdings, L.P., d/b/a the Houston Texans, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, distributors, advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings and spouse, regardless of where they live and members of the same household, whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply. Odds of winning each prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: All mail-in entries must be postmarked April 17, 2006 and received by April 18, 2006 at 12pm to be eligible for the drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about April 18, 2006. All entries must be received online no later than 11:59pm on April 17. All entries received after this date are void and ineligible for prizes. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and none will be returned. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted; incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified. No responsibility is assumed for technical failure of any kind or for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, altered, illegible or postage-due entries. Miller Brewing Co and Houston NFL Holdings, L.P. are not responsible for any and all typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winners or the distribution of the prizes. Subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsors reserve the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate, suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part; or modify the Sweepstakes in any way, should any factor (including but not limited to fraud or security breach) interfere with the proper conduct of this Sweepstakes as contemplated by these Official Rules, or if Sponsors believe the Sweepstakes has been or will be compromised in any way.
PRIZES:* *Twenty (20) Grand Prize winners, will be selected on April 18, 2006. The Grand prize consists of: *One (1) authentic Texans helmet, one (1) Texans jersey, two (2) mugs, two (2) baseball hats, two (2) Miller Lite koozies, one (1) t-shirt, two (2) pocket radios, continental breakfast for two (2), and lunch for two (2).. *Total approximate retail value of each Grand prize is $400. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions will be made. Sponsors are not responsible for winner limitations that prevent acceptance or use of any prize. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes where applicable or any other expenses incurred in connection with travel to the game or use of the prize.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: The contest will consist of one (1) draft related question that fans must answer. Fans who register online for the Contest will automatically be entered into the contest. Twenty (20) winners will be selected in a random drawing by Sponsor at Reliant Stadium on or about April 18, 2006 after the Contest ends. The winners will be notified by phone and/or email on or about April 18, 2006. Each winner will be required to come to the Houston Texans offices at Reliant Stadium before April 21, 2006 to pick up the two (2) VIP passes to the Texans Draft Day Party. Each winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability waiver for the passes to be released. If a winner does not come to the Houston Texans offices before April 21, 2006 and sign the required documents, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES: Winners will be selected in a random drawing and will be notified by telephone and/or email. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of entries received. Prize will be forfeited if a Winner is unable to be contacted by telephone within three (3) days of first notification. Winners agree to and must comply with all Sweepstakes rules as published. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release in order to participate in this event. Failure to comply with this requirement or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release Miller Brewing Co, L.P., Houston NFL Holdings, L.P., the National Football League and its member clubs, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of the above entities, from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prizes. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that the winner's name, their address (city & state), likeness, and/or prize information may be used for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. Information provided by entrants will not be rented, sold, exchanged, transferred or provided to any third party for any purpose. The information will be used solely for the purpose of participation in this promotion. All entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsors and independent judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
