Nico Collins Selected To Second Consecutive Pro Bowl

It's easy to understand why Nico Collins was selected for another Pro Bowl.

There are the numbers: 1,060 receiving yards through 14 games in 2025 means Collins already has his third consecutive 1,000-yard season. Only Andre Johnson and DeAndre Hopkins have previously accomplished that feat in Texans history. No. 12 ranks sixth in the NFL in receiving yards and leads Houston with 68 receptions and four touchdowns. He's recorded five 100-yard games this season, including a 136-yard performance against Jacksonville in Week 10 and 121 yards versus Kansas City in Week 14.

There are the plays themselves. Big third down conversions. Deep contested catches. Game-sealing sideline grabs.

But perhaps the best way to wrap your head around why Nico Collins is once again a Pro Bowler in a league full of great receivers is how defenders react to what he does each week.

After his sideline snag against the Raiders, Will Anderson Jr. said, "I was jumping up and down like a little kid."

Kamari Lassiter added: "Double teamed, for one. Didn't even see the ball. Found it. You don't teach that. That's just him. Him and God."

The rest of the Pro Bowl roster will be announced later today.
