EDITOR'S NOTE:Cornerback Antwaun Molden, a third-round draft choice at No. 79 overall out of Eastern Kentucky, is providing fans with a weekly diary entry throughout his rookie season on HoustonTexans.com.

The injury with Zac Diles this week was unfortunate. It was one of those freakish injuries. I was actually right there on special teams when it happened. How it happened, I don't know what caused it. But whenever I see something like that, the first thing I do is pray and just hope it's not that serious.

The loss is significant, because Zac had been doing well. Starting out from Week 1, he was getting better every single week and it was exciting to see how good he was becoming as a linebacker and as a player. We have Xavier Adibi and we have Kevin Bentley, two good linebackers – one veteran and one athletic linebacker who's been making plays consistently in practice.

I'm looking forward to seeing what Xavier has to offer on the field. He's been fighting through a lot, and that's one of the reasons I'm very excited to see Xavier play and show what he's made of.

This Tuesday, I went to another local school to talk with some kids on our off-day. I went with Jacoby Jones this time. I think it's important to be a positive role model for kids, just giving them hope, because most kids don't have that role model. I know how important it is for them because I was in their shoes at one time.

I just try to be that positive figure for them. A kid's life is tough, and they see that if I made it, they could do it. I just try to raise their awareness about the causes of different issues and things of that nature.

It feels good doing things like that. The number one thing is feedback. When kids give you feedback and ask questions, be proactive with you, that's a good sign. That lets me know I have the opportunity to give information and share my expereicne and be a teacher to the kids

To all the fans, we need a hostile environment once again this Sunday. We want you to cheer our quarterback Sage on, because he's going to get the job done. Thanks for all your support.
