TBT: Texans first win over the Broncos

The Texans first franchise win against the Denver Broncos came in their second matchup on Dec. 13, 2007. Quarterback Sage Rosenfels led Houston to a 31-13 victory against Jay Cutler and the Broncos in a primetime Thursday night matchup at home.

Rosenfels was 16-of-27 for 200 yards, one rushing touchdown, and one interception. Both Vontae Leach and Ron Dayne also rushed for touchdowns in the win. Defensive end Mario Williams had 3.5 sacks and four quarterback hits on Cutler, while defensive end N.D. Kalu had 1.5 sacks and three quarterback hits.
