Bills Head Coach Sean McDermott on Texans QB Davis Mills: "He can make every throw. He's mobile enough to get out of the pocket and extend plays. He's extremely smart. Not just by the school that he went to but by what he does on the field. Seems like they've found a very good quarterback."
Bills LB Matt Milano on Mills: "He's a confident quarterback. He's stepping up in the pocket. He's got guys flying around him. He's got a great arm. He can throw a good ball and we've got to be ready for it.
Bills QB Josh Allen on Texans Head Coach David Culley: "Being able to talk through things slowed the game down. He's been around this league for such a long time; he's been around some really great players. So, extremely knowledgeable, glad we'd get to spend the time that we did. And then obviously in Baltimore – he waited this long to get this chance in Houston, so I'm happy for him. It's gonna be fun playing against his team and good to see him after the game."
Bills C Mitch Morse on Culley: "He's got those guys working extremely hard. (For us) It'll be about matching their intensity.
Allen on the Texans Defense: "They've got some really talented players on defense. They do a really good job of taking the ball away. This is a team that's going to win a lot of games."
Morse on the Texans Defense: "This is a very talented defense. A front four that plays exceptionally hard. I think when you watch the film, they play through the whistle, and they play with extreme effort. Which a lot of the production comes from just out-competing their opponent. So, for us, it'll be a great challenge matching that intensity."
McDermott on Texans WR/Return man Andre Roberts: "He's one of the best. I wouldn't be surprised if he's in the Hall of Fame one day for what he's done as a returner. Really appreciate the way he helped lead this football team. I have a tremendous amount of respect for him, and it'll be a big challenge for us on special teams. He does a great job, so we'll have our work cut out for us."
