Tom Savage active; Clowney, Jackson out

Jadeveon Clowney, Kareem Jackson, and Akeem Dent top the list of Texans inactives in Week 13. Both Clowney Jackson were ruled out on Friday after missing practice last week. Clowney will miss Sunday's game against Tennessee with knee issue. Jackson has been inactive for the past two games against Cleveland and Cincinnati after injuring his knee against Philadelphia in Week 9.

The Texans inactives list will not include Tom Savage for the first time this season. Savage will be active for his first NFL start as the Texans backup quarterback.
