Top Plays of 2012: Touchdowns

Help us choose the top plays from the Texans' 2012 season. Pick the best interceptions, sacks, hits, touchdowns and celebrations from the back-to-back AFC South champs' 12-4 campaign.

We'll list 10 plays in each category at the start of each month, from March-July. Your votes via text message (details below) decide the top five plays in each category. We'll unveil the top five plays one-by-one every day in the final week of each month.

TD1: RB Arian Foster, Week 1 vs. Miami Dolphins (1:58 2nd quarter, Texans tied 3-3)
On first-and-10, Foster scored the Texans' first touchdown of the season on a 14-yard run to the right side. Following blocks by Derek Newton, Antoine Caldwell and Chris Myers, Foster burst through the line before vaulting over safety Chris Clemons at the goal line.

TD2: WR Andre Johnson, Week 1 vs. Miami Dolphins (0:12 2nd quarter, Texans leading 17-3)
On first-and-10, Johnson caught a 14-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Matt Schaub on a fade route. With cornerback Sean Smith in tight one-on-one coverage, Johnson tapped his toes down just inside the right sideline to establish possession inbounds.

TD3: WR Andre Johnson, Week 3 at Denver Broncos (6:39 1st quarter, Texans trailing 5-0)
On first-and-19, Johnson caught a 60-yard touchdown from Schaub after beating cornerback Tracy Porter, who had no safety help on the play.

TD4: TE Owen Daniels, Week 4 vs. Tennessee Titans (2:56 3rd quarter, Texans leading 21-7)
On third-and-five, Daniels caught a 28-yard touchdown from Schaub. He eluded attempted tackles from three different Titans defenders after catching the ball at the 20-yard line.

TD5: TE Owen Daniels, Week 5 at New York Jets (11:13 1st quarter, Texans tied 0-0)
On second-and-nine, Schaub faked a handoff to the right to Foster, rolled to his left and threw back across his body to Daniels, who was wide open for a 34-yard touchdown catch after running a double move on cornerback Antonio Cromartie.

TD6: RB Arian Foster, Week 10 at Chicago Bears (4:21 2nd quarter, Texans tied 3-3)
On second-and-goal, Foster made a diving two-yard touchdown catch past linebacker Lance Briggs. It was the only touchdown of the game in the Texans' 13-6 victory on Sunday Night Football.

TD7: WR Andre Johnson, Week 11 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars (2:10 Overtime, Texans tied 37-37)
On second-and-five, Johnson caught a bubble screen on the right side turned it into a 48-yard touchdown catch to beat the Jaguars. It capped a historic 14-catch, 273-yard day for Johnson.

TD8: WR Lestar Jean, Week 12 at Tennessee Titans (12:40 1st quarter, Texans tied 0-0)
On third-and-8, Jean scored on a 54-yard touchdown catch, the first of his career. He caught the pass at the Tennessee 40-yard line and outran everybody down the left sideline on his way to the end zone.

TD9: OLB Bryan Braman, Week 15 vs. Indianapolis Colts (1:54 2nd quarter, Texans leading 13-3)
On fourth-and-16 from the Indianapolis 29, Braman broke through the line of scrimmage to block Pat McAfee's punt, then picked it up on a bounce at the 8-yard line and rolled into the end zone for the score.

TD10: WR DeVier Posey, Divisional Round playoffs at New England Patriots (11:42 4th quarter, Texans trailing 38-13)
On first-and-10, Posey made a juggling 25-yard touchdown catch past cornerback Alfonzo Dennard. The play initially was ruled incomplete but was overturned after replay review.
