The second-year wide receiver took a hard hit from Rams safety Lamarcus Joyner during a pass breakup with 6:39 left in the second quarter in the Week 10 matchup at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
Fuller exited the game after being evaluated by the team's medical staff and was ruled out to return for the second half.
Fuller finished with two catches for 15 yards against Rams.
