In her role, McNair helps lead the philanthropic efforts of the foundation, which has raised more than $51 million since its inception in 2002. The Texans Foundation leverages the power of football to strengthen our community, support youth development, and break down barriers to fundamental resources.

The Texans launched their Girls Flag Football Program in 2023 and participation has grown at an unprecedented rate. In 2026, the program expanded to more than 150 high schools, reaching over 3,750 female athletes statewide. The Texans Foundation grants funding to make it possible for schools to adopt girls flag, providing an opportunity for young girls to play the game they love. This investment further illustrates the McNairs' commitment to making sports more accessible and elevating opportunities in Houston for women and youth.
McNair hosts a podcast called "On the 50", which showcases the vibrant lives of influential friends and fans of the Houston Texans. The series offers a unique glance into the lives of women connected to the Texans and LOVB, their love for Houston and their passions beyond the game. McNair also serves on the executive committee of the Lady Texans, an organization comprised of the wives and significant others of Houston Texans players, coaches and executives. The purpose of the Lady Texans is to support the team and the Houston Texans Foundation, with a special focus on women, youth and military initiatives.
