J.J. Watt runs for first time since injury

Thursday was a big day for J.J. Watt.

The three-time AP NFL Defensive Player of the Year advanced to the next step in his recovery and ran for the first time since his tibial plateau fracture in Week 5 of last season.

Watt, who said his goal is to be ready for training camp, appears well on his way.
