J.J. Watt is the only defensive player to crack the top ten in sales of licensed NFL products. In the latest fiscal results from the NFLPA via its licensing and marketing arm, NFL Players Inc., Watt held steady to the No. 6 spot, where he also ranked previously (from March 1 through May 31, 2015).
On Monday, the NFLPA released its latest Top 50 Player Sales List, which tracks total sales of officially licensed merchandise from March 1 through November 30, 2015. Russell Wilson topped the list for a second-consecutive time while quarterbacks dominated the top ten: Wilson (1), Tom Brady (2), Aaron Rodgers (3), Peyton Manning (5), and Colin Kaepernick (10).
Among the highlights from the NFLPA's third fiscal quarter (Sept. 1 through Nov. 30, 2015), Watt also led sales in drinkware from Boelter Brands and Tervis.
