The NFL Draft isn't the only draft to go virtual in 2020.
The Houston Texans are also hosting their first-ever virtual Staff Draft job fair on July 30. The Texans, along with three on-site partners: ASM Global, Contemporary Services Corporation and Aramark, are all hiring for part-time Gameday positions. Fans can submit their applications for a wide variety of positions, from catering to security to premium seating and much more, to all four employers on July 30th beginning at 10 a.m. CT.
"Each year, prior to the Texans season, we host our annual Staff Draft event for our partners at NRG Park. The goal of this event is to find candidates who are teamwork driven, have a positive attitude and display outstanding customer service skills. There are jobs available in all different areas, everything from concessions, security, customer service, retail, facility services, and parking. All of these positions, whether customer interfacing or behind the scenes, these jobs make Gameday possible for our guests. The Texans look forward to hosting this job fair because we get to know the candidates that play such a key role in creating the Gameday experience for our fans."

"We are looking for qualified individuals that can work in a high volume atmosphere and exude a sense of urgency to ensuring our guests get top notch service and are able to get back to their seats quickly to enjoy the game! Our hiring process begins with our online portal where candidates get all of their information into the application. Once that is complete we are able to get them into an interview stage at the Stadium where they will interview with Managers or Supervisors about available roles. If the candidate is qualified for the position they are interviewing for an offer will be made."
