This week's Houston Texans 4A-under Coach of the Week award goes to head coach Ronald Hooker of Jones High School

This week's Houston Texans 5A Coach of the Week Award goes to head coach Troy Aduddell of Clear Lake High School. Clear Lake took down previously unbeaten Dickinson this week in a district showdown, 30-7. The Falcons tough defense and punishing running game carried them to victory over the Gators. The Falcons will play Brazoswood this Friday at Hopper Stadium.

This week's Houston Texans 4A-under Coach of the Week award goes to head coach Ronald Hooker of Jones High School. Jones defeated Furr this week 28-20, to take control of the 22-4A race. The Mighty Falcons were led by Quarterback Aaron Taylor who had 307 yards of total offense and threw for two scores. The Mighty Falcons take on Washington this Saturday at Delmar Stadium.

Clear Lake High School and Jones High School will each receive a $500 grant in their coach's name for winning the Texans Coach of the Week Award. Also, each coach will be recognized on HoustonTexans.com and NFLHS.com, and on the video board at Reliant Stadium. Coach Aduddell and Coach Hooker will also be invited to a Texans home game later on in the season and will be recognized at the Texans High School Coach of the Year Banquet after the season. Fox Sports Net Houston and the US Army are associate sponsors of the Texans Coach of the Week Program.
