2023 (Houston 15/8, 2/0):
- Started in eight of 15 games and reeled in 59 receptions for 635 yards and five touchdown receptions
- Recorded two catches for 36 yards and his first touchdown as a Texan in the Week 4 win vs. Pittsburgh (10/1) on a pass from RB Devin Singletary
- Started in Week 5 at Atlanta (10/8) and finished with team-highs in catches (7) and receiving yards (65) while also catching a touchdown for the second consecutive week
- Finished with four catches for 61 yards and a touchdown in the Week 6 win vs. New Orleans (10/15), marking the first time in his career with a touchdown in three straight games
- Schultz becomes the third Texan to score a touchdown in three consecutive games, joining Owen Daniels (2011, 2012) and Joel Dreessen (2011)
- In the Week 9 win vs. Tampa Bay (11/5), recorded his first 100-yard receiving game, finishing with 10 receptions for a career-high 130 yards and a touchdown

- Recorded five receptions for 43 yards in the Divisional Round matchup at Baltimore (1/20)
2022 (Dallas 15/15, 2/2):
- Started all 15 games he appeared in, recording 57 receptions for 577 yards (10.1 avg.), good for second-most on the team, and five touchdowns
- Started both of Dallas' postseason games, totaling 12 receptions for 122 yards (10.2 avg.) and three touchdowns
- Had two regular seasons games with two receiving touchdowns (Week 12 vs. New York Giants, Week 17 at Tennessee)
- Recorded two receiving touchdowns during the Wild Card round at Tampa Bay (1/16/23)
2021 (Dallas 17/15, 1/1):
- Started 15 of the 17 games he played and was second on the team with 78 catches, third with 808 yards and tied for first with eight touchdown catches - all career-highs
- Became the second tight end in team history to reach 70 catches in a season
- Led the team with six catches and two touchdowns for 80 yards in the home-opening Monday night win over Philadelphia (9/27)
- Had a touchdown in consecutive games for the first time in his career, catching one on a team-best six catches for 58 yards against Carolina (10/3)
- Led the team in catches for the third straight week, finishing against the New York Giants (10/10) with six for 79 yards (second) with a long catch of 30 yards, topping 100 catches for his career - the seventh Dallas tight end to the mark
- Named the offensive captain and caught two passes for 11 yards at Minnesota (10/31), his 50th career game
- Led the team with 53 yards on six catches at Kansas City (11/21)
- Had a career-long 32-yard catch for a touchdown, finishing with three catches for 46 yards on Thanksgiving Day against Las Vegas (11/25)
- Reached 60 catches on the season, catching a team-high eight passes for 67 yards with a touchdown at the New York Giants (12/19)
- Led the team with eight catches for a season-best 82 yards (second) and a touchdown against Washington (12/26), to give him six touchdowns on the year
- Became the second tight end in team history (Witten) to reach 70 catches in a season after leading the team with six catches for 54 yards against Arizona (1/2/22)
- Had two touchdowns on three catches for 21 yards in the finale at Philadelphia (1/8/22), marking his second career multi-touchdown game and giving him eight scores on the season, the most by a Cowboys tight end since Jason Witten had eight in 2013
- In the Wild Card game against San Francisco (1/16/22), led the team in catches (seven) and yards (89)
2020 (Dallas 16/14):
- Became the featured tight end after Jarwin (knee) was lost for the season in the opener and started 14-of-16 games played
- Finished fourth in receptions (63) and receiving yards (615) and was fourth in touchdown catches (four - second-highest total on the team)
- Became the fourth Dallas tight end to catch at least 60 passes in a season, joining Witten (15), Doug Cosbie and Jay Novacek (two each)
- Led the team with career-bests in receptions (nine) and yards (88) with his first career touchdown in the home opener against Atlanta (9/20)
- Logged his first career start in the game at Seattle (9/27), catching four balls for 48 yards
- Had the game-winning touchdown at Minnesota (11/22), catching four passes for 25 yards and the score
- Selected as the offensive captain for the Thanksgiving Day game against Washington (11/26)
- Paced the team with seven catches for 70 yards in the finale at the New York Giants (1/3/21)
2019 (Dallas 16/0):
- Played in all 16 games as the club's third tight end and on special teams units and caught one pass for six yards
2018 (Dallas 11/7, 2/2):
- Started seven of the 11 games he played and both playoff contests and caught 12 passes for 107 yards while helping block for the NFL rushing champ - RB Ezekiel Elliott (1,434 yards)
- Made his NFL debut in the opener at Carolina (9/9), seeing time in multiple tight end sets, then had his first career catch - a 12-yarder - at Washington (10/21)
- Hauled in three passes for 37 yards - both season-highs - against Philadelphia (12/9)
- Started both playoff contests, catching one pass for 20 yards in the Divisional Playoff loss at the LA Rams (1/12/19)
COLLEGE:
- Played four years at (2014-17) at Stanford in California
- Started all 13 games played as a senior and caught 22 passes for 212 yards and a career-high three touchdowns
- All-Pac-12 first team and Pac-12 All-Academic second-team
- As a junior, posted career-highs with 23 receptions for 222 yards along with one touchdown while playing in all 13 games with 12 starts
- Made 10 catches for 121 yards and a score in 14 games with six starts as a sophomore
- Did not see any action as a freshman
PERSONAL:
- Three-year letterwinner at Bingham, Utah, High School
- As a senior in 2013, named to the Orange County Register All-West Coast "Fab 15" first-team along with the all-state first-team and was the Bingham Offensive MVP in three seasons
- Made 76 career receptions for 1,120 yards and 12 touchdowns
- Had 31 receptions for 512 yards and nine touchdowns as a senior and led the team to an undefeated season and the 2013 state title
