Program Details
The Houston Texans Foundation, Literacy Now, and Kroger are working together to help young children develop early literacy skills and prepare for success in Pre-K and beyond. Through weekly learning experiences, family engagement, and access to books and educational resources, Ready, Set, Read supports children during their most important years of development. The Houston Texans are proud to support Houston Promise, an initiative that pairs community organizations with schools to help improve student outcomes and strengthen school communities. Program Details
The Houston Texans partner with Trill Burgers to host a Career Day for students from Aldine ISD. Students hear from Bun B and Texans Legends about their career journeys and the importance of work ethic, adaptability, leadership, and giving back to the community. The Houston Texans, CDW, and HP host a Careers in Technology panel at the Texans Teen Club, introducing students to opportunities within the growing technology industry. Students hear from technology professionals, Texans representatives, and Texans Legends during a panel discussion and Q&A session focused on career pathways, workforce readiness, and technology careers.Grants & Scholarships

The Reliant Scholarship for Champions program recognizes outstanding student-athletes who demonstrate excellence in the classroom, on the field, and in their communities. In 2025, six high school student-athletes received $10,000 scholarships in recognition of their leadership, academic achievement, and commitment to serving others. Since 2005, the program has awarded more than $780,000 in scholarships to over 140 students throughout the Greater Houston area, helping support the next generation of leaders. The Houston Texans and Chevron are proud to recognize and support educators who make a difference in students' lives every day. Through the Teacher Grants program, selected educators receive funding to enhance learning opportunities, purchase classroom resources, and bring innovative ideas to life. This season, 25 teachers were recognized and awarded $1,000 grants for their dedication and impact on students across the community.
