Parking

Free parking will be available in Green Lot to ticketed fans only. You must have a parking pass to park — it will be emailed to you before practice.

Clear Bag Policy

The clear bag policy will be in effect. Bags must be clear and no larger than 12″x12″x6″, or a small clutch no larger than 4.5″x6.5″.

Water Policy

One unopened water bottle per fan is allowed into camp. Outside food and other beverages are prohibited.

Weather

Practices are rain or shine, unless severe weather creates an unsafe environment. Download the Texans mobile app for up-to-the-minute updates and schedule changes.

Signings

Texans Cheerleaders & Legends will have signings at the Ambassadors tents. Texans players and coaches may stop to sign autographs following each practice. Autographs are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the player or coach.

Training Camp FAQs

Free tickets will be available through Ticketmaster. Fans can claim up to four (4) tickets to two open practice dates.
Yes — all Training Camp tickets are free. Your total number of tickets claimed must include children of all ages.
Once claimed, tickets live in the Houston Texans app. Tap “More” in the bottom right corner, select “Account Manager,” and log into your Ticketmaster account.
Parking is available in Green Lot — lots open 2 hours before practice begins and gates open one hour before practice begins. Practices typically last 1.5–2 hours. A Tailgate Ambassador will be at each parking lot gate entrance for assistance. Fans enter via Green Lot and Murworth.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase from local food trucks. Merchandise will be available for purchase by card only.
The NFL league-wide policy permits only the following bags:
  • Clear bags no larger than 12″x12″x6″
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags
  • Small clutch purses no larger than 4.5″x6.5″
  • All other bags are prohibited
For your safety and the continuity of Training Camp, prohibited items include:
  • Weapons / firearms
  • Outside food and beverage
  • Bags and backpacks larger than 4.5″x6.5″
  • Flag poles, frisbees, beach balls, selfie sticks
  • Video cameras / cameras with lenses over 3″
  • Laser pens, fireworks, illegal substances
  • Noisemakers, air horns, whistles, cowbells
  • Drones / radio-controlled model aircraft
  • Seat cushions, Segways, skateboards, hoverboards
  • Animals (except certified service animals)
  • Diaper bags and coolers
Following each practice, Texans players and coaches may stop to sign autographs. Autographs are not guaranteed and are up to the discretion of the player or coach. We recommend bringing Sharpies and items for autographs, plus sunscreen, a portable fan, and water.
A 1,000-seat bleacher area along the sideline is available on a first-come, first-served basis. ADA access is available — please notify event staff upon your arrival if you need assistance. There are two restroom locations: one by the food trucks on the south side and one on the north side by the bleacher seating.
Yes, unless severe weather creates an unsafe environment for guests, which may result in fans not being permitted to watch practice. Alerts, updates, and schedule changes will be communicated via the Texans mobile app — make sure notifications are turned on.
Yes — Season Ticket Members get early access to claim tickets before they are available to the public.
