HOUSTON – This season's Houston Texans games will be broadcast throughout Texas on 19 Houston Texans Radio Network affiliates, and a network of 13 television affiliates will televise the team's preseason games throughout the Lone Star State and Southwestern Louisiana.

The Texans Radio Network boasts 19 stations across Texas, spanning from the Permian Basin to the Piney Woods. New radio affiliates include KHLB in Kerrville, KCTI in Gonzales, and KCRS in Midland/Odessa, with additional stations expected to join the network prior to the Texans' regular-season opener on Sunday, Sept. 9 vs. Miami. This year's radio pregame show will extend from 15 minutes to 30 minutes for affiliates; and the postgame show will last 20 minutes, five longer than in previous years.

For the first time this year, affiliates will have the opportunity to air Texans programming during the week in addition to the game broadcast. Each affiliate has the right to re-air the Gary Kubiak Show, which originally airs on Mondays at 5pm in Houston, and the Arian Foster Show, which will air Tuesdays at 6pm. Both shows, along with all Texans Radio programming, will be produced and broadcast live on SportsRadio 610, the team's flagship station, as well as on the Houston Texans Mobile app and HoustonTexans.com

Texans TV affiliates will carry three of the team's four preseason games this year, beginning with Saturday's game at Carolina at 6 pm CDT. KTRK-ABC 13 in Houston produces and broadcasts the games across the Texans Television Network. Houston's two home preseason games, on Saturday, Aug. 18, vs. San Francisco and Thursday, Aug. 30, vs. Minnesota, will also air on the team's TV network. The Texans' third preseason game on Saturday, Aug. 25 at New Orleans, will be televised live nationally by CBS.

Highlighting the television affiliate lineup are a pair of new additions in two of Texas' biggest metropolitan areas. KSAT (ABC Ch. 12) in San Antonio and KVUE (ABC Ch. 24) in Austin both claim the top spot in their respective markets.
