Harris: Iowa State WR Jaylin Noel is Quick, Competitive, Exceptional

noel_jaylin_3

John Harris likes the shifty wide receiver from Iowa State. Noel can make plays all over the field, and he's always competing no matter if he gets the ball or not.

"Sudden and twitchy with insane change of direction ability," Harris writes. "In other words, Noel can stop on a dime, while DBs go flying by trying to keep up. He has tremendous body control and works the sideline like a maestro with his feet."

He has "wonderful" hands, and made plays in the Senior Bowl that Harris won't soon forget.

"At the Senior Bowl, one of my favorite Noel plays was a go ball against Louisville CB Quincy Riley. He burst past Riley and the ball was thrown to the outside, literally two yards out of bounds, but Noel spun around and snatched the ball as it was landing out of bounds and then tap… tap for the NFL catch."

Welcome to H-Town, Jaylin. Your friends are already waiting for you!
