Bellaire's Marshall Law Named Texans Coach of the Week

HOUSTON– This week's Houston Texans Coach of the Week Award goes to Head Coach Marshall Law of Bellaire High School. Coach Law's Cardinals overcame a 28-point deficit to beat Madison 35-28 in overtime. Bellaire downed Madison for the first time since 1979 and are advancing to the playoffs for the first time in 30 years.

Quarterback Femi Ogundare led the comeback victory, contributing four touchdowns (two passing, two rushing) on 162 yards passing and 96 yards on the ground.

Bellaire High School will receive a $1,000 grant in Coach Law's name for winning the Coach of the Week Award. For his accomplishment, Coach Law will be recognized by Texans Head Coach Dom Capers on his radio show, on HoustonTexans.com and NFLHS.com, on the JumboTron at Reliant Stadium, and at a pre-game on-field ceremony at the Texans vs. Titans game on December 21.
