The 2013 NFL Stadium Bag Policy will be in effect at all open and closed practices at the 2013 Houston Texans Training Camp presented by XFINITY. Training camp opens on Friday, July 26 and will feature seven practices open to fans who downloaded free tickets from HoustonTexans.com or picked up tickets from Houston-area Academy Sports Outdoors locations for the August 5 Youth Day.

Fans will continue to be able to enjoy their tailgate activities in the parking lots, bring items for the school supply drive for the Houston Texans YMCA and carry in items that are allowed into stadiums, such as binoculars, cameras, and smart phones. Clear bags will also be provided for fans to carry permissible items into training camp.

The Texans strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags, but have outlined what is permissible as the stadium bag policy pertains to training camp.

Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container to Texans Training Camp (PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT: 13HOUTEXBAGPOLICY_BUCKSLIP.pdf):

  • Small clutch bags that do not exceed 6.5" x 4.5", with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bag options.
